Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase and for becoming a member of Kitesurfing Academy. However, if you are not completely satisfied with our material, if our program does not help you learn and enjoy this beautiful sport of Kitesurfing we will refund you money in full.

All requests for refunds should be submitted no later that 30 days from the initial purchase. To initiate a refund simply send an email customer service at support@kitesurfingacademy.com with your request and the reason for cancellation. We would like to learn the reason because we are constantly improving our program and will use your critique in a constructive way to accommodate of our students.

Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your request to process your refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
